Mablethorpe Computer Services is pleased to accept orders subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale as stated below. Unless expressly agreed in writing (for example in the case of a tender), any alteration to these conditions will not apply. In these terms "you" and "your" as appropriate refer to the Buyer and "us", "our" and "we" refers to the Seller Mablethorpe Computer Services. "Days" refers to working days, being Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding bank holidays, unless otherwise stated.
1. All products supplied carry their own manufacturers warranty. If you are not happy with parts supplied for any reason, they can be returned and either replaced or refunded, within 7 days.
2. Refunded Goods can only be accepted under the following terms:
Parts should be returned In their original packaging and in "as new" condition.
It is the senders responsibility of posting the goods back to us. We recommend special delivery, as records are then kept.
Please ensure the invoice is also posted with the goods, with all relevant customer details.
Guarantee liability is restricted to replacing goods. Should it not be possible to replace goods a monetary refund will be made.
Goods supplied as ordered are liable to a handling charge of upto 20%.
In the case of special orders, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds.
3. Please contact our sales department and advise us within 3 working days of receipt any lost or damaged goods. As we use independent couriers, we do not accept responsibility for any failure of service by the couriers once consignments have been committed to their charge.
4. All goods remain the property, but not the responsibility of Mablethorpe Computer Services, until paid in full.
Our guarantees on products do not cover fair wear and tear, items not used for the purpose intended, incorrect fitting or misuse.
